iPhone IMAP E-Mail Setup

Ok boys. This is to be used when clients can't set up IMAP mail on their iPhones. Make sure when you send this to them, that they are aware of the case sensitivity issue. Please make sure you provide them with the appropriate username and password they should be using, and make sure you have the proper capitalization. I'm pretty sure all of the back and forth tech support we've been doing for this is due to the client using the wrong username/password/case.

I suggest you try doing this on your phone when you have some time, just so you can see how it works, and how long it takes. I set up a test email account that you can use.
