every website we have has this directory. It tells you
WEB4:10.0.7.115:7708:V4
What server it is on: What IP it's on internally: What project ID it is: and what version of the CMS.
NOTE: If the site has an SSL cert, the IP this tool gives you will be is the sites static SSL IP, NOT the IP of the server the site is launched on. In this case, check the S:\Ubertech\FULL IP LIST.xlsx excel list to find the right IP.
ALL SJH sites are launched on our directory server, 216.87.172.189.
Why is this helpful?
If you ever wonder what server a site is on, what IP that site is pointed to, what the project ID it is etc.
Also if someone says they can't see the site and you can see the site, you can go there, see that WEB4 is working fine, and then you can login to WEB3 and see if there is anything wrong with it.
Just a good troubleshooting tip to see which site is showing up.
