There have been a few people who have said they didn’t want to have this done because “past clients may leave bad reviews” or whatever. Tough shit. Google is pulling these in to the search results now, and there is nothing we or they can do about it.

If they have a pissed off client, that person will find a way to leave bad reviews somewhere anyway. So they can either sit back & have pissed off clients leave bad reviews & then call us freaking out about how to fix it, or they can be proactive & start getting good reviews on there so that when they do get a bad one it doesn’t look as bad.

Bottom line, it HAS to be done if they want to rank & Google is going to pull it anyway so they might as well embrace it & let us do our job.
