Don’t use Elite@ or DeltaForce@ or webteam@ to ask random questions. If you have a question about a client, go into the Elite Tracker and find the project manager and ask them. These distribution groups should be used sparingly. On average, we get between 100-5,000 emails per day. 99% of that is caused by our own emails. Cutting down on that will save us hours of time each day (especially me).
