1. Was everything requested completed?
2. Was the task completed for all pages/layouts?
3. Was the task completed for all niche sites and mobile layouts if applicable?
4. Was the site broken as a result of the change?
5. Were alt tags updated if applicable?
6. Does the change look good and make sense?
7. Could it have been done better?
8. Are there any other areas where the task could apply?
9. Site QC
   1. Does every page have content
   2. Is the design broken
   3. Is the design broken in compatibility
   4. Do all phone numbers match (includes website settings)
   5. Does the address match (includes website settings)
   6. Run link checker
   7. Run 404 report
