DST

The U.S. begins DST at 2am local time on the second Sunday in March (goes forward one hour) and reverts to Standard Time at 2am local time on the first Sunday in November.

Exceptions: Arizona and Hawaii do not observe DST.

GMT time

Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) is a time system originally referring to mean solar time at the Royal Observatory in Greenwich, London, which later became adopted as a global time standard.

During Daylight Savings, PST (Pacific Standard Time) is -7 GMT. During Standard time, PST is -8 GMT.
